Led by a certified Personal Trainer with expertise in active aging and injury prevention, discover the crucial role exercise plays in managing osteoporosis while experiencing essential weight-bearing exercises, strength training, and balance work. Attention to lower impact activities, proper form and technique, and exercise variety targeting all the major muscle groups will be provided to improve overall bone health and wellbeing.
