Take charge of your heart health by understanding the numbers that matter most — blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. In this interactive session, nursing students from UMass Boston will guide you through how to track your results, interpret what they mean, and recognize when it’s time to talk to your healthcare provider.

Participants will also have the opportunity to practice using a blood pressure cuff and complete a personalized Heart Health Tracker, putting knowledge into action and setting meaningful goals for maintaining healthy numbers. This IN-PERSON event is FREE offered in collaboration with UMASS Boston College of Nursing & Health Science in honor of Heart Health Awareness Month.
