This course is perfect for girls ages 13 to 17 who are interested in starting their strength journey, or for those who have basic exercise experience and want to expand their foundation. Certified Personal Trainer, Jessie Amodeo will provide proper instruction on core movements such as push, pull, hinge, squat and rotation. Learn how to properly perform exercises such as the bench press, squat and dead lift and how to incorporate other assistant exercises to form a full body workout. Only four spots available!
