Take your dance athleticism to a new level in this boot camp style class designed for dancers and other athletes. Led by Professional Swing Dancer and Personal Trainer, Alex Glover, improve balance, posture and stability using a variety of equipment, exercises and dance moves in our state-of-the-art Group Fitness Studio equipped with suspension flooring. From burpees, to dead lifts, to side planks & curtsy lunges & more, you’ll gain confidence, stand taller and move with greater stability & ease in this Boot Camp Training workout. Cost: $90; $75 for JCC Members (No class January 21 and February 4)
