Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. The professional feeds balls to players based on their ability and fitness level. Pros will find ways to keep players moving and challenged, all while having fun! All levels welcome. All levels encouraged.
Class meets:

Class does not meet on Sunday, August 20, August 27, September 17 and September 24.
