Join certified nutrition coach Jessie Amodeo for a supportive, small-group, 4-week nutrition-based weight loss program designed to help you simplify the process and build habits that last. This program focuses on nutrition education, behavior change, and accountability—not personal training. While exercise will be discussed, there is no workout or training component.

Over the course of four weeks, you’ll learn practical, realistic strategies for weight loss that fit into real life. The program is intentionally flexible, allowing content and discussions to evolve based on the needs, questions, and goals of the group. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of how nutrition supports weight loss, how to track progress meaningfully, and how to make adjustments without falling into an all-or-nothing mindset. Progress is not linear, and we’ll explore multiple ways to measure success beyond the scale.

Optional InBody scans will be available to help track body composition changes, but they are not required and will not be the sole measure of progress. Additional weigh-ins or scans can be done for those who want them, with guidance on how to interpret the data in a healthy, productive way.
