PJ Library Bagels and Books Drop-in Group

Geared for children ages 0-4 years with adult

Temple Sinai, Starts September 3 -ongoing through April 2015 (except school vacation weeks and holidays) Wednesdays (9:30-11am)

Geared for children ages 0-4 years with adult
Treat yourself and your child to a fun, weekly activity in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Grab a bagel, hear a story and meet other parents while your children socialize and have fun.  All JCC arts and humanities offerings are programs of the Ryna Greenbaum JCC Center for the Arts.

JCC New Mom’s Meetup

Congregation Sha’aray Shalom , Wednesdays, September 3, 2014 - May 27, 2015 (9:30-10:30am)

For adults with infants (babies welcome)
Do you have a new baby? Would you like to meet other moms and get some support to manage the changes in your life? Come with your infant to share experiences and hear about area resources. In collaboration with Jewish Family and Children’s Service.

Meet-up will take place on Wednesdays (9:30-10:30am) starting September 3, except for school vacation weeks and holidays

BAMSI Day Habilitation 521 Washington Street, Stoughton (unless otherwise noted in monthly flyer) A monthly social group for young adults with developmental challenges. This group offers a variety of leisure-time activities while working on skills of everyday living. Participants pay for outside activities. Meets one Wednesday evening per month. Geared to the needs of children with attention issues or mild developmental concerns who may benefit from a small class size. Instructors: Jason Mitchell and Ezra Prevost

Family Sukkah Decorating, South

Held at a private home in Easton. Register to receive address and directions., Sunday, October 5, 2014 10:30am-12pm

Designed for families with children under the age of 5
Celebrate Sukkot, the Jewish harvest festival, with the JCC. We’ll decorate the sukkah, have a snack, and enjoy the warmth of our community of family and friends. Take home some decorations for your own celebration. Held at a private home in Easton. Register to receive address and directions. Register by October 2. For families with children of all ages
Celebrate Sukkot, the Jewish harvest festival, with the JCC and Hadassah. We’ll decorate the sukkah, have a light dinner, and enjoy the warmth of our community of family and friends. A collaboration of the JCC and South Coastal Hadassah. Held at a private home in Hanover. Register by October 2 to receive address and directions.

Sleep Strategy Spotlight with Joanie Olin, MSW, Director of Early Parenting Programs at the JCCs of Greater Boston

Families with children ages pre-birth to age 1 year
Meet other parents and babies at a casual Sunday brunch. Our pediatric sleep expert will explore the science of infant and toddler sleep ; discuss typical sleep needs by age and stage; highlight creating ideal sleep environments; and offer guidance on how to encourage healthy sleep habits. Siblings welcome.

Rock-A-Baby

Geared for children ages 0-3 years with adult

Sharon Community Center, Fridays, October 24 - December 19, 2 Classes: (9:30-10:15am or 10:30-11:15am)

Geared for children ages 0-3 years with adult
Your child has a chance to be “in the band” with Rock-A-Baby. With a trio of musicians, three zany puppets, dancing, instruments and music ranging from classical to jazz to children’s songs to rock ‘n roll, Rock-A-Baby gives your child a stimulating and educational musical experience.  All JCC arts and humanities offerings are programs of the Ryna Greenbaum JCC Center for the Arts.
