Preschool T-Ball - Ages 3-4 - Fall

LSJCC, Start Date: 09/14/2014, End Date: 12/14/2014, Time: 11:00 AM-11:45 AM

(Ages: 3-4 yrs) An introduction to the sport of baseball. Children will work on hitting, fielding, base running and sportsmanship. Children will learn all the basic rules and fundamentals of the sport. Will be held outside weather permitting. Peter Sylvester

Super Soccer Stars - Age 2 yrs - Fall

Dynamic international coaches work with children to improve their soccer skills and develop self-confidence and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive environment. Engaging warm-ups, activities and games, along with positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio provide an opportunity for each child to improve his/her soccer skills. Each child receives a free t-shirt. Super Soccer Stars staff (Ages: 2 yrs)

Super Soccer Stars - Ages 3-4 yrs - Fall

Dance Choreography - Adults - Fall

LSJCC, Start Date: 09/16/2014, End Date: 10/28/2014, Time: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Take dance a step further and work on your expression and technique. Both an exercise for the body and brain, learn underlying technique in sections until a dance routine is completed and danced with expression. Movements will be lyrical, contemporary, jazz and other genres not often encountered in a group exercise class. No dance experience necessary. Cheryl Umana

Personal Strength & Flexibility Training - Adults - Fall

LSJCC, Start Date: 09/17/2014, End Date: 12/17/2014, Time: 7:00 AM-8:00 AM

A 60-minute class led by a personal trainer focusing on strength training and flexibility. Learn proper form for various exercises and why each exercise is important to your overall conditioning. Class includes strength training for upper and lower body, core work for abdominals, flexibility and stretching. A complete workout for all fitness levels. John Clinkscale

League play begins in September. Ten games plus playoffs. Individual and team signups are available. Contact 617-558-6464 or basketball@jccgb.org for more information and team prices.Team sponsorships are available at $150 for the season.
Placement onto teams for individual registrants will be done by committee to ensure league parity. Team fee is $950.

Krav Maga - Adults - Fall

Krav Maga (Contact Combat in Hebrew) is the name the Israeli Defense Forces give to the type of self-defense and unarmed combat it teaches. Krav Maga applies this to a civilian setting, teaching defenses against common attacks and assaults. What makes Krav Maga effective is that it works with the body’s natural instincts and reflexes. Tai Chi - Adults - Fall

Tai Chi is a relaxing yet invigorating series of movements appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
