Weekly swimming class adapted to the needs
of adults with physical challenges. Taught by a
certified aquatics instructor, the class offers exercise
and socialization to swimmers and non-swimmers
in an accessible and supportive environment.

This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations. Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created. Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety. The class is designed for partipants to either stay in a chair or go on a mat. This wellness approach optimizes the physical, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing of the yoga student's life. Scholarship funding is available to those in need. This class is taught by Angela Wasson.
