Personal training in the pool is a high resistance, low impact workout that is appropriate for all ages and abilities. No swimming experience needed. Gain endurance, flexibility, balance and strength. Workouts will be personalized to meet your fitness needs. Personal training rates apply.

Small Group Training
The JCC offers drop-in TRX, Boot Camp, Cycle Bootcamp and Teen Strength Training small group training classes every week.
is a gravity and body-weight based workout that helps build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability and prevents injuries for people of all fitness levels.
classes use non-traditional training methods such as battle ropes,
kettlebells and Bosu balls to keep you challenged and fit.
is a dynamic cardio and strength training workout that combines traditional high-intensity cycle class with hardcore Boot Camp drills. Class held in JCC Cycle Studio and gym with JCC cycle instructor and personal trainer Joe Agosto.
Outdoor Boot Camp
is an energetic cardio and strength training workout that burns calories, builds strength and challenges your body in a fun, supportive group setting. Held outdoors at the JCC on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15-10am from July 7 - August 27. Weather permitting. Meet outside the front doors. With Personal Trainer Jen Davis. Drop in any time.
Drop-in small group training classes are open to the entire community and are available mornings, afternoons and evenings.

One-on-One Rowing Instruction
Train with a world champion rower! JCC Personal Trainer Margarita Zezza was the rowing world champion in women's doubles for the USSR in 1981 and holds the Masters 40+ age group record in the single at the Head of the Charles.
Strengthen your shoulders and back and learn proper rowing technique with a 30-minute rowing session with Margarita. Only $50.
