Learning to eat well and to maintain a healthy weight means increased energy, greater confidence—and helps control or even prevent certain diseases and conditions. Use the JCC as your partner in establishing and achieving your goals!
Take It Off combines nutritional guidelines with cardio and strength training to help you achieve and maintain weight loss. This three-month program, which combines one-on-one coaching sessions, an easy-to-follow meal plan and exercise, has enabled more than 500 members to lose a collective 6,500 pounds.

Take the Take It Off weight loss challenge
12-week weight loss program
September 15 - December 7
Work with your own weight loss coach. You'll receive individual motivation and support and a personalized nutrition and exercise program. No group meetings.
Participant with the largest percentabe of weight loss wins ten 30-minute personal training sessions. Second place wins five 30-minute personal training sessions. Winners announced December 8.
