Through the generosity of donors and others committed to a strong and vibrant Jewish life that begins with early education, the JCC ELCs are able to offer tuition assistance to families with demonstrated financial need (based on Line 37 of the IRS Form 1040). We welcome all applicants, regardless of race, ethnicity or religious background.
The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) guidelines and application are available in January and are due on at the end of February. Awards are made by mid-April. All completed applications submitted by the deadline are considered equally. Awards are granted as a percentage of tuition and range from 5% to 20% of the total. Each award is made for one year only; you must reapply each year to be considered.
Please familiarize yourself with the materials in the Tuition Assistance Program packet, which include the Fee Adjustment Application. Note that you must have submitted a completed Application Form, accompanied by deposit, to be considered for tuition assistance.
