Athletes
JCC Maccabi Games is an Olympics-style competition open to all Jewish teen athletes 13-17; however, Team Boston membership is a year-round experience. Social events, sports ethics, service projects and practice are highlights of the program along with the Games!
Tryouts are held in the Fall of each year and are announced in September or October along with information sessions.
Athletes are chosen on the basis of their skills and ability to contribute to the team dynamic. Team Boston generally sends a team competing in six to eight events, depending on interest and ability to assemble a team.
