JCC services—from family outreach and parenting programs to camps and early learning for children; from the JCC Boston Jewish Book Fair to holiday programs for adults with neurological, mental or physical disabilities—touch thousands every day. As a community, our backgrounds are more diverse than ever before—and so are the needs of our community members. As an institution, the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston eagerly accepts this challenge.

Supporting JCC Members
The JCC is committed to making its programs and services, especially camps and preschools, accessible to all, recognizing that from time to time families and individuals need financial support in order to participate.
The financial assistance application process is handled with respect and discretion. Please see the JCC Early Learning Centers and Camping sections for more details.
Support from Members and Friends
Contributions to the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston make it possible to serve the entire community through innovative programming, and to provide access to JCC services through financial assistance and other support that keeps the Jewish community vital and strong. For example:
- $5,000 funds a scholarship for a family with a child with a disability to attend the Zohar Program Family Camp at JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood in late August
- $3,600 funds a scholarship for a child from a financially challenged family to attend JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood for a summer
- $2,800 supports a scholarship for a working, low-income family needing full-day tuition at a JCC Early Learning Center
- $1,000 supports the salary of a Ledgewood Developmental Specialist in a JCC Early Learning Center classroom
- $750 enables a family to receive substantial financial assistance in order to send a child to JCC Kaleidoscope Creative Arts & Science Camp in July
General operating support, which affords the JCC discretion to apply funds to our most urgent need, is especially welcome; however, all inquiries are welcome.
